When you log in, your homepage highlights immediate action items:

  • Assigned Locations & Active Auditors: Total counts of branches and field personnel under your supervision.
  • Task Priority Trays:
    • Unassigned Audits: Audits published for your locations that have not yet been assigned to a field inspector.
    • Near Deadlines: Audits with approaching deadlines that require immediate completion.
  • Recent Audit Score Trend: An interactive area chart illustrating your locations' compliance trajectory over recent weeks.
  • Inline CAPA Quick-Resolution: Open corrective actions can be reviewed and resolved directly from the homepage without changing tabs.

2. Managing & Delegating Audits (/dashboard/manager/audits)

When headquarters publishes an audit for your outlet, it appears in your audits queue.

Single Audit Delegation

  1. Open the Audits queue.
  2. Select an audit in Scheduled or Pending status.
  3. Click the auditor assignment dropdown.
  4. Select an active auditor from your roster. The audit status immediately updates to Assigned, and the auditor receives an instant notification.

Bulk Audit Assignment

When handling recurring audits or multiple branches:

  1. Use the checkboxes on the left of the audit list to select multiple audits.
  2. Click Bulk Assign.
  3. Choose the target auditor and confirm. All selected audits are assigned in a single action.

3. Resolving Corrective Actions (/dashboard/manager/corrective-actions)

When an auditor discovers a critical failure during an inspection, an automated CAPA ticket is assigned to you with a strict 48-hour SLA deadline.

  • Audit Approval: Once submitted, your resolution status changes to Completed and is submitted to headquarters for final admin sign-off.

4. Visual Calendar (/dashboard/manager/calendar)

Use the monthly calendar view to plan ahead:

  • View upcoming non-surprise audits scheduled across the month.
  • Monitor execution deadlines to ensure field auditors are dispatched on time.
  • Spot days with multiple overlapping inspections to balance auditor workloads.

5. Reviewing Detailed Audit Reports (/dashboard/manager/reports/[id])

Review full inspection breakdowns for any completed audit:

  • Check overall score percentage and grade badge (Excellent, Good, Needs Improvement, or Critical Fail).
  • Inspect high-resolution photo evidence attached to individual questions.
  • Download verified executive PDF copies for store records or health inspector reviews using the Export PDF button.
